Description

To provide professional, timely and courteous service to our customers by listening carefully to their needs, teaming closely with fellow employees, and present cost-effective solutions that will enable our customers to be successful, while at the same time contributing to our profitability.

Greet, assist & update customers through the entire parts and service events

Open & process work orders & invoices

Coordinate parts availability with service and maintain proper parts inventory levels for a seasonal business

Verify warranty status & assist with processing

Administrative duties such as reception, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash

Other related duties as required

Qualifications

Education: minimum high school diploma,relevant college diploma an asset

Experience: knowledge of the diesel engine service industry and warranties an asset

Demonstrated computer aptitude; experience with Microsoft Office

Self-starter,ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task and prioritize

Customer service focus; demonstrates courtesy; uses appropriate language

Flexibility in hours
