Rural Action Centre – 455 Main Street Alberton – will host an Information Session regarding

Employment Standards

Thursday, October 28^th, 2021

 10am to 12noon

OR

 1:00pm to 3:00pm

 This session will be beneficial to both Employers and Employees, providing information to assist everyone in the workplace to better understand employer/employee rights and obligations under the Employment Standards Act and Regulations.

A variety of topics will be covered including Vacation Pay, Statutory Holidays, Special Leaves, Notice of Termination,

Wage Recovery, Overtime, Reporting Pay, and other areas of concern.

Facilitator for this free session will be Robert Yeo, Employment Standards Officer – Province of PEI.

Limited Seating.  Hosted in the Rural Action Centre Boardroom.  455 Main Street – Alberton

In keeping with Public Health Guidelines stated by the Chief Public Health Officer of PEI – current COVID 19 protocol will be adhered to. VAXX Pass and one piece of ID will be required upon entering our Centre.
