Wage offered for this role: $45 - $50K, depending on experience and certifications.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in managing a busy kitchen of 10+ people while ensuring all dishes prepared and served are in accordance to restaurant standards in portion, cooking and serving presentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all kitchen functions including:
•Developing menu items
•Inventory / cost control (Purchasing supplies / food etc…)
•Maintaining food safety standards
•Maintaining food quality standards
•Sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and all equipment used
•Supervising kitchen staff of 10+ people
